MEAT GRINDING
Install the screw (8) into the meat grinder

head (3):
set the crossed blade (9) on the screw (8);
select one of the grates (10, 11, 12) and set it
above the blade (9), matching the ledges on
the grate with the grooves on the meat grind-
er head body (3)
tighten the nut (13) with little force; tighten
the nut (13) completely after installing the
meat grinder head on its place (pic. 1).
Attention!
- Install the blade (9) with its cutting side
facing the grate. If the blade is mounted im-
properly, it will not grind the food products.
- When assembling the meat grinder head,
do not tighten the nut (13) strongly; tighten
the nut (13) completely after installing the
assembled meat grinder head.
- Coarse (10, 11) grates are suited for pro-
cessing raw meat, vegetables, dried fruit,
cheese, fish etc.
- Small grate (12) is suited for processing
both raw and cooked meat, fish etc.
Install the assembled meat grinder head (3)

Tighten the nut (13) completely.

Insert the power plug into the mains socket.

Switch the unit on, setting the switch (7) to

Notes:
- For better meat processing slice it in cubes or
stripes.
- Defrost frozen meat thoroughly.
- During the operation use only the pusher sup-
plied with the unit; do not use any other objects
for pushing meat, do not push meat with your
hands.

head.

FILLING SAUSAGES

Prepare minced meat.

Insert the screw (8) into the meat grinder

Put the minced meat on the food tray (2).

Use natural sausage casing, putting it pre-

liminarily into a bowl with warm water for 10
minutes.
Pull softened casing on the attachment (14)

and tie a knot on the casing end.
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.

Use the pusher (1) to feed the minced meat,

attachment (16) as necessary, wet the casing
if it becomes dry.
