ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Your bike has been pre-assembled and requires only a few simple steps to get it ready for you to ride: 1) Remove the outside carton after cutting the nylon bands. Remove all the inside cardboard 3) Install kickstand with provided hardware and tools. protection and bubble wrap.
4) Install Left and right pedal with provided wrench, make sure check the “R” and “L” marking on the pedal before installation. 5) Install the front wheel on the front suspension fork, make sure to align the brake disk with the brake caliper.
6) Unscrew and remove the quick release ring from the steerer tube, insert the handle bar tube in between as shown in below picture, then tighten the set screw to secure the quick release ring. 7) Use the provided bolt and nut to install and secure the front fender and headlight, make sure there is no interference between fender and the wheel.
8) Connect the connectors near handle bar. Locate the battery key (usually tied to handle bar), use the key to open the battery lock on the frame, insert the lower portion of the battery into the frame, then drop in the battery, turn the key to secure the battery.
