FAQ's
Why won't the cartridge clip fit properly in the valve body or around my Moen cartridge?
Use the twisting tool by applying pressure to push the cartridge (#1) completely into the valve body (#4). The plastic tabs
on the cartridge (#1) must be flush with the valve body (#4) and the plastic tabs on the cartridge (#1) must be centered
on the cut outs on the valve body (#4).
*If the copper clip (#3) cannot be installed for any reason or appears to be damaged or broken, the water cannot
be turned back on to the faucet until the copper clip (#3) is replaced.
Why is the hot and cold water on my Moen Kitchen faucet reversed?
On most faucets when you move the faucet handle to the left, you will get hot water. If you move the faucet handle to the
right, you will get cold water. This is a function of the cartridge stem. If the hot and cold are reversed, rotate the stem of
the cartridge (#1) 180 degrees.
