How to Make Cold Brewed Tea ガラスピッチャーの中に 水をガラスピッチャーの肩のあたり 茶葉を 18g入れます。 まで入れます。 (約 900ml) Place 18g of tea leaves into Fill the glass pitcher with water up to the glass pitcher. 900ml point shown in the below figure. 900ml 800ml 600ml 400ml 200ml フィルターをセットしたパッキンを ガラスピッチャーにセットしてフタ を差し込みます。 ※パッキンがしっかり嵌っている ことを確認してください。 Set the packing with filter into the glass pitcher and put the lid on. ※Check that the packing is fit security to the lid. 冷蔵庫で約 3 時間〜 6 時間抽出します。 Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 3 〜 6 hours. フタをしたまま傾けるだけで 注げます。 By its design, the lid opens and tea comes out simply by tipping the glass pitcher.

水出し茶は時間をかけてじっく り抽出するため、 お茶の旨みがガラスピッチャーの 底に沈澱します。 お召しあがりになる前に底に沈んでいる茶葉がガラスピッチャー 全体に広がるまで、 撹拌してください。 [撹拌方法] お茶を撹拌する際は、 必ずフタをして平らな台の上に置いた状態で、 ガラスピッチャー の底近く をしっかり と持ち、 横方向に円を描く ように回してください。 ガラスピッチャー 内に渦状の水流が発生し、 沈殿している茶葉が全体に広がります。 また、 こぼれる危 険がありますので、 左右にゆすったり、 上下に振ったり しないでください。 ( 下図参照) 注ぐ際は 全体に広がった茶葉がおちつき、 再び底に沈み始めてから ゆっく り注いでください。 茶葉が全体に広がっている時に一 気に注ぎますとフ ィルターに茶葉が張り付き注ぎづらく なりま すのでご注意ください。 Enjoy Cold Brewed Tea As time passes the flavors settle to the bottm of the glass pitcher. Doing so may damage the product. Do not allow children to use this product. Do not use near children, and store out of reach of children. ●Wash the product before using for the first time. ●Do not use the product if it is cracked, broken, or heavily scratched as it may break unexpectedly. ●Do not strike or scrape the inside of the glass container with a metal spoon. Doing so may damage the product. ●In the unlikely event the product becomes damaged, please handle any broken pieces with care. ●Follow local rules on garbage disposal when disposing of this product. ●Do not freeze this product when it contains liquid. Allow the product to cool before placing in the refrigerator. ● A lways place on a draining board, etc. when pouring in hot liquid, as hot liquid can be dangerous if spilled. Also make sure the product has fully cooled before carrying by the glass or handle. ●Please be careful when the decanter is tilted abruptly to serve tea.The tea may gushout and cause cups to overflow. Use a sof t sponge and neutral detergent to clean this produc t. Do not use cleansers or sponges that contain abrasives, as doing so may scratch the glass. ●This product is dishwasher safe. Be sure to read the instruction manual provided with your dishwasher before use. ● If the glass is particularly dirty, use a diluted household bleach. Be sure to read the handling precautions of the household bleach thoroughly. パッキンのツマミ部分を注ぎ口の 180 度の位置にして、水平にセットする。 Make sure the lip is on the opposite side to the pouring spout, and set it so it is level. ツマミ パッキンの上面から水平に指で押し込みます。ガラスピッチャー にパッキンがしっかり嵌っていることを確認してください。 ※パッキンを斜めに押し込んだり、強い力で押し込むとパッキン がガラスピッチャーの中に入り込むことがあります。ご注意く ださい。 Press the packing in uniformly from the top with your fingers. Check that the packing fits securely into the glass pitcher before pouring tea. ※Please note that pressing the packing in unevenly or applying excessive force may cause the packing to fall inside the glass pitcher. フタの取り外し方 Removing the Lid フタを外す際は、ピッチャーを少し傾けてフタを浮か した状態で外していただくか、スプーンなどを使用し てフタを浮かせて引き上げてください。 Tilt the decanter slightly so that the lid is slightly raised, or use a spoon, etc. to raise the lid slightly for removal.
