Assembly Instructions

STEP 2 :
Attach the Wood Caps (G) on top of each Leg of the Metal
Base (J) using the 5/8" Wood Screws (F) and the metal
plate across the bottom side. Use the Open Wrench (E) to
tighten the casters into the metal base if necessary.
STEP 3:
Insert the Hydraulic Rod into the Center hole in top of
metal Leg Base, place the other 2 black plastic protective
parts over the Hydraulic Rod in the order as shown. Press
the Chair Seat down onto the top end of the Hydraulic Rod.
The Chair Control Lever may be in a locked position for
shipping. To release the lever, pull straight out on the lever
and it will lift to operate.
Any chair equipped with casters should never be
used on unprotected hardwood or vinyl flooring
because damage to flooring could occur.
