Inserting the Memory Card

Turn on the machine.
See "Turning the Machine On and Off" on page 4.

Open the Card Slot Cover.
Push the upper right-hand corner of the Card Slot
Cover as illustrated and open it.

Insert one and only one memory card into the Card Slot.

SmartMedia
MEMORY STICK
MEMORY STICK PRO
MEMORY STICK Duo*
MEMORY STICK PRO Duo*
SD Secure Digital memory card
MiniSD Card*

* Be sure to attach the memory card to the special adapter before inserting it into the Card
Slot.

Confirm that the Access lamp has lit up.

Close the Card Slot Cover.
