This is necessary to prevent injury to the operator and damage to the product. ♦ Roll jack forward before moving vehicle on or off lift.
- Page 3 RJ15 Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manual Installation Install a ¼ NPT male quick disconnect coupling in Air Valve & Handle assembly. Match to shop fittings. Place jack assembly on lift rack rails. Jack requires a clean, dry and lubricated air source at 125 lbs.
- Page 4 RJ15 Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manual Maintenance Weekly: Inspect jack and it’s components for damage or excessive wear. Replace parts as required. See parts list. Oil guide pins-DO NOT GREASE. The guide pins (visible when jack is in the up position) should be oiled every week or sooner if necessary with gear oil (80-90 grade).
