Fix minor faults yourself
Before calling for the assistance of the After-Sales Service:
First check whether you can remedy the malfunction by following the points below.
If you ask for a technician, and it turns out that he only needs to give advice (e.g. on the
operation or maintenance of the device) to solve the malfunction
you must pay the full cost of that visit, including during the warranty period

Malfunction
The temperature is very
different from the setting.
No indication is lit.

Possible cause

Solution

check whether the temperature

alarm signal.
Close the door.
Remove the cover.
Do not exceed freezing capacity.
After the fault has been rectified, the
