IMPORTANT CAUTIONS
Installing ARINC 757A type CVR recorders connection wiring:
Damage will occur if power is applied on 2100−1027−02 recorder only if the interconnect wiring are not to
ARINC 757A requirements. This is because of the power pins are different in the ARINC 757A from the
ARINC 757. The mating keys on the connector are rotated different (Refer to Figure 5, sheet 2 of 2 of this
manual) as a safe guard to prevent mating a ARINC 757 type recorder. Do not remove or rotate the keys.
