1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Purpose of Manual
This Installation and Operation Instruction Manual applies to the following Model FA2100CVR Cockpit
Voice Recorders:

2100−1026−02
In this manual, these recorders are referred to as FA2100CVR, or CVR's. Refer to FA2100GACVR In-
stallation Manual (p/n: 165E1848−00) for the installation of the FA2100 General Aviation Cockpit Voice
Recorders.
This manual contains date sensitive information necessary to install these CVRs in the aircraft, to operate
them, and to verify that the installed units are operating properly. This manual also describes the features
and functions of the FA2100CVR System and associated accessories.

FA2100CVR's main (rear) connector can be used.
