10 Filling the refrigerator

Open the Bag-In-Box carton at the perforation, and remove the rubber hose
from the cardboard packaging. Take care that the hose is not broken or twis-
ted.

Open the doors of the device and place the bag into the device with the hose
pointing downwards and to the front, so that the bag is centred over one of the
two or three taps.
Push the tap clamp completely to the back and push the hose through the pinch
valve from above (see image 1).
With the tap clamp pressed, pull the hose out the bottom of the tap, by about
2 cm. The hose should not be broken or twisted!
Let go of the hose clamp and cut off the hose directly below the tap using a pair
of scissors (see image 2).
Finally, close the doors and liquid can be withdrawn by pressing the tap clamp
(see image 3).
