    1. REGISTRATION Register your safe at www.saproducts.com By registering your Sports Afield safe we will be able to expedite and address any problems or challenges you may have which would otherwise require a notary letter and proof of payment. REGISTRATION INFORMATION The information you record onto this page will be required in the event you cannot access the contents of your Sports Afield Safe.

    5. INITIAL ENTRY Locate the user manual and CONTENTS: USER MANUAL, backup keys inside the plastic AND BACKUP KEYS bag hanging on the front of the safe. 2. Remove key cover. Insert and turn the key clockwise from 12 o’clock to 3 o’clock to unlock.

    6. PROGRAMMING YOUR FINGERPRINT 1. On the inside of the safe, near the battery compartment, locate the brass cap. Unscrew and Brass Cap remove the cap. Press and release the reset button. The indicator ring will illuminate indicating the safe is now in programming mode. *Keep safe door open while programming new fingerprint* Red Reset Button...

    7. ACCESS TEST 1. With keys in hand, place your GREEN programmed fingerprint on the LIGHT scanner. 2 green light flashes and 2 beeps will confirm the fingerprint has been accepted. Next, rotate the handle counter- clockwise. The locking bolts will retract and the door will open.

    8. PROGRAMMING ADDITIONAL FINGERPRINTS When accessing your safe quickly, there is a chance you might touch the scanner with a part of your finger that you have not programmed before. For this reason, we recommend programming additional areas of your fingerprint to ensure fast and reliable entry to your safe. INDIVIDUALLY MAPPING ALL ZONES OF YOUR FINGERPRINT WILL ENSURE A RELIABLE...

    9. TROUBLESHOOTING In the event that you run into issues with programming and accessing your safe, please read through this section for answers to your questions. PROBLEM SOLUTION Make sure to hold down your finger on the scanner instead of tapping. Scanner needs time to complete the scanning process.

    9. TROUBLESHOOTING (Continued) Locked Out Of Your Safe In the event you are locked out of your safe, use your backup keys to gain access and follow the section 5 Initial Entry instructions. If you have lost your backup keys, or are still having any difficulties, contact customer service at the number below.

    11. CLEARING ALL RECORDED FINGERPRINTS Hold Down Hold Reset button. Initially, Reset Button the indicator ring and LED light will flash green and beep once. Continue holding reset button for 5 seconds, the LED light will flash green 10 times and beep 10 times.

    14. PROPER PLACEMENT AND MOVING OF SAFE WARNING: SAFES ARE VERY HEAVY AND AWKWARD TO HANDLE. PLEASE USE THE UTMOST CARE IN MOVING THE SAFE. UTILIZING A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL WITH PROPER MOVING EQUIPMENT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The location of the gun safe is very important and the utmost care should be taken during this consideration.

SHIPPING AND SKID REMOVAL WARNING: WHILE REMOVING THE BOLTS FROM THE SKIDS, BE SURE TO HAVE A PERSON HOLD AND STABILIZE THE SAFE TO KEEP IT FROM TIPPING, CAUSING INJURY, AND/OR DAMAGE TO THE SAFE AND SURROUNDING STRUCTURES. WARNING: BEFORE REMOVING THE SHIPPING SKIDS, MAKE SURE THE DOOR IS CLOSED AND LOCKED.

    16 SECURING YOUR SAFE WARNING: YOUR SAFE IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT ITSELF WHEN THE DOOR IS OPENED. HOWEVER, CAUTION SHOULD BE USED TO AVOID TIPPING. WHILE SECURING YOUR SAFE BE SURE TO HAVE A SECOND PERSON HOLD AND STABILIZE THE SAFE TO KEEP IT FROM TIPPING, CAUSING INJURY, AND/OR DAMAGE TO THE SAFE AND SURROUNDING STRUCTURES.

    17. GUN REST INSTALLATION Locate the gun racks that will be part of your safe assembly kit. Find the pre-drilled drywall anchors that are located on the back and side walls of your safe. Select the ideal location(s) for your gun rack(s) that best fit your custom storage needs.

    18. LOADING YOUR SAFE Store documents or heat sensitive items in the bottom of the safe for greatest protection against fire damage. Store ammunition separately from valuables. Do not put anything in your safe that will put pressure against the door when it is closed.

    LIFETIME WARRANTY SA Consumer Products, Inc. will repair or replace, at their sole discretion, any Sports Afield Gun Safe damaged by fire, forced entry, forced attack or natural flood for the lifetime of the original owner. SA Consumer Products, Inc. will repair or replace, at their sole discretion, any Sports Afield Gun Safe with defective parts, paint or lock for the lifetime or the original owner.
