There are two ways that a mobile phone can connect to Scout, Wi-Fi Direct Mode (or AP mode) and Wi-Fi Router Mode. Out of factory, the Wi-Fi on Scout is set to the Wi-Fi Direct Mode. The LED indicator shall reflect that status.
