With the EHCI controller no longer available on the 6
th
Gen Intel
®
Core™ platforms or
later, it is recommended to install Windows 7 through a SATA bus, i.e. SATA
DVD-ROM, or patch the EHCI driver onto an installation media for Windows 7. More
information can be found in the links below.
