Troubleshooting

The following list will help you to solve minor problems yourself. For this select the appropriate problem description
and perform the points listed under Solution until the problem is solved.
Problem
The token is locked.
Help for activating the token
The CAN gateway cannot be unlocked.
PassThru adapter cannot be found.
Renault Gateway unlocking module cannot
establish an online connection.
The CAN gateway is not going to be locked,
after having switched on and off the ignition.
(on electric/plug-in hybrid models)
Solution
Contact the admin in the ASOS Portal with
The admin will provide a key with which you can unlock the token
again.
Send an e-mail to dcs.renaultnet@renault.com.
Verify if Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 is installed.
Verify if HGS PassThru and Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 is
installed.
Should you use a Proxy, you need to add it in the following file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SPX\EuroV\Common\Data\Appli
\Params\RenaultNet\proxy.xml
Use the editor to enter the IP address and the port of the Proxy
server as follows:

The gateway is not going to be locked, after having switched on and
off the ignition if the vehicle is charged with a charging cable.
Therefore, remove the charging cable to unlock the CAN gateway
again.
