FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

My cable is snowy or the reception is poor, what's up?
At some campgrounds the strength of the cable service can get diluted the further
your site is from the source or with bad weather. If you're having an issue make
sure your cable signal is at least -50 dBm or stronger. KeyTV was developed
without splitters or jumpers in order to give you the best possible picture.
What satellite providers are KeyTV compatible with?
KeyTV is fully compatible with DISH
Network and DirecTV
®
Shaw Direct and Bell in Canada.
My dealer has suggested running separate wiring for my
satellite system, do I need that?
You don't. By running a single line from the controller to each monitor wall
plate, KeyTV eliminates the wiring complexity that sometimes resulted in
poor satellite reception.
