How to install StarBoard T-15XL(G)/17SXL(G) Driver

1. Summary

There is a case T-15XL(G)/17SXL(G) isn't recognized by StarBoard Software or
T-17SXL(G)'s function button doesn't work or doesn't work at all. This is caused by
incorrectly installed tablet driver. This document describe how to install tablet driver
correctly.
2. How to install tablet driver of StarBoard T-15XL(G)/17SXL(G)
2.1.
To install the tablet driver first time
To install the tablet driver first time on the PC there is no existing one, follow the
instructions below:
(1) Don't connect the USB cable of T-15XL(G)/17SXL(G) from PC.
(2) If StarBoard Software show the message "StarBoard is not connected" though
T-17SXLG is connected with PC while tablet driver is being installed, and
T-17SXLG is connected with PC, please try "2.2 To update new tablet driver".
2.2.
To update new tablet driver
To update new driver on the PC there is already existing tablet driver, follow the
instructions below:
(1) Disconnect the USB cable of T-15XL(G)/17SXL(G) from PC.
(2) "USB Tablet Manager" is uninstalled from "Add or Remove Programs ".
(3) Reboot PC.
(4) If "udtablet" folder exists under "Windows" folder ("Winnt" folder in case of
Windows 2000), please delete it.
(5) Run installer of a new driver, and install the new driver. When the reboot of PC is
demanded after the installation is completed, reboot PC.
(6) Connect the USB cable of T-15XL(G)/17SXL(G) from PC.
(7) The installation of the device is started. If rebooting is demanded, please reboot.
