1. 確保本機已開啟。
Make sure that the machine is turned on.
2. 按［設定］按鈕。
Press the [Setup] button.
3. 選擇「傳真設定」，然後按［OK］按鈕。
Select "Fax settings", then press the [OK] button.

4. 選擇「電話號碼註冊」，然後按［OK］按鈕。
Select "TEL no. registration", then press the [OK] button.

5. 選擇「新增電話簿項⽬」，然後按［OK］按鈕。
Select "Add directory entry", then press the [OK] button.
6. 選擇「接收⽅」，然後按［OK］按鈕。
Select "Recipient", then press the [OK] button.

按鈕或數字按鈕選擇未註冊的ID號碼，然後按［OK］按鈕。
Use the
button or the Numeric buttons to select an unregistered ID
number, then press the [OK] button.

如果已註冊接收⽅，傳真/電話號碼會顯⽰在ID號碼旁邊。 如果已註冊群組撥號，則顯⽰

If you already registered the recipient, the fax/telephone number is displayed next to
the ID number. If you already registered the group dial, (Not available) is displayed.
8. 選擇「直接輸入」，然後按［OK］按鈕。
Select "Direct entry", then press the [OK] button.

9. 使⽤數字按鈕輸入要註冊的傳真/電話號碼，然後按［OK］按鈕。
Use the Numeric buttons to enter the fax/telephone number you want to
register, and then press [OK] button.
