Disconnect the ribbon cable from
the ignition key barrel.

A. Connect the ribbon cable
from the INT-BMW 1
ignition key barrel.
Secure with a tiewrap or tape.

Smart key vehicle = Configuration 1 (page2)
(when you don't need
barrel to start the vehicle)
• After the vehicle is remote started, the INT-BMW-1 module will stop the engine as soon as the GROUND-OUT is removed.

• This feature will be cancelled when the UNLOCK button is pressed and a door is opened, thus allowing the brake pedal to be pressed without shuting
down the engine.
• This feature allows the driver to get into the vehicle and apply brake to disable the remote starter without starting the engine again.
Note: If the vehicle is remote started with the SMART-KEY inside the vehicle, the INT-BMW-1 module will not stop the engine
