    OPERATION Before first use Remove any packaging material, labels or stickers before first use. Clean all the parts and accessories except the motor base in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly. Note: Care should always be taken when cleaning the blades. Using the food processor...

    Using the Attachments Knife blade: • The knife blade is the most versatile of all the attachments. • The length of the processing time will determine the texture achieved. For coarser textures use the pulse control. • Use the knife blade for cake and pastry making, chopping raw and cooked meat, vegetables, nuts, pate, dips, pureeing soups and to also make crumbs from bread.

    Attaching the Cutting Disc Fit the drive shaft and bowl onto the motor base. Holding the centre grip, place the cutting disc onto the drive shaft with the appropriate side facing upwards. Attach the lid ensuring the top of the drive shaft is inserted into the centre of the lid. Choose which size feed tube you want to use.
