15 Minute Mark
After 15 minutes, scrape the
freezing ice cream off the sides
of the cylinder with a large plastic
or wooden spoon (do not use a
metal spoon as this may damage
the food-safe cylinder), mix, and
close the lid. Check the outer
chamber, add more ice and up to
cup of additional rock salt as
1/3
needed, and close the lid. Roll,
shake, or pass the ball for 15 more
minutes (longer time will make
firmer ice cream).

Open and Enjoy!
Once you've achieved
the consistency you want
(consistency will vary based
on ice, ingredients, outside
temperature, shaking
frequency, etc.), use a plastic
or wooden scoop (do not use
a metal scoop) to scoop out
ice cream and enjoy with your
favorite toppings!
