1 Press to select inches/feet or metric unit of measure.

Press to select reference point from either the front or the back of tool.

Press to turn on laser beam.

Point laser dot at target.

Press to take measurement.
Measurement is complete once you hear an audible 'click'.

Display shows measurement.
