as long as the D800's I/II switch is in the "II" position.
The sync process takes a few seconds to complete when an A640 Personal Mixer is first connected to
the D800 or when the system is first powered on. In a Dante-based system, channel names entered in
Audinate's Dante Controller software can be shared with the A640 from the D800-Dante.
Bidirectional communication with the D800 or D800-Dante requires that the
D800's front-panel I/II switches be set to the "II" position for each port where an
A640 Personal Mixer will be used.

Common Editing Functions

While making a monitor mix there are three mix functions that are always available for the selected
channel regardless of the currently selected View—Solo, Mute, and Group. Press the assignable
button beneath the display on the A640 to activate the function.

Solo

To listen to the currently selected channel in Solo mode, press the
the display. The selected channel is heard in isolation while all other channels are temporarily muted.
To hear a different channel in solo, press its channel button. To exit Solo mode and return to normal
