II. CONNECTIONS
POWER SUPPLY
Plug the female end of the supplied power cable into the power socket on the rear panel, and connect the other end to a wall outlet.
If this cable does not fit your electrical outlets, please contact your retailer.

CONNECT TO THE POWER AMPLIFIER

When your Hi-Fi system allows it, we recommend that you use
a balanced XLR connection rather than an unbalanced RCA
connection. In the case of a balanced connection, the signal
will be transmitted in duplicate, in phase and in reverse phase
simultaneously.
This connection will thus provide immunity to
common mode interference at the amplifier and avoid any
ground looping phenomenon.
In all cases, it is strongly recommended to use a quality cable to
get the best performance from our electronics.
For a combination with the Elipson A2700 amplifier we recommend
using the balanced output as follows:
- Connect the right and left channels of both devices separately,
preferably using a well known XLR cable.
If the power amplifier you wish to use does not have balanced
inputs, choose a classic RCA connection, again using high quality
brand.
Make sure to respect the left and right channels between your
preamplifier and your amplifier to guarantee a faithful stereo
image.
