CONNECTING THE LDS CARD
According to the configuration data report, the LDS card is installed in the CLX position in
the shelves.
The LDS card is connected to the synchronous bus by means of BADX plug reference
HR 5124 B in position CFX (in relation to the CLX position of LDS card).
LDS card is connected to the main distribution frame by means of a specific cable which
also is used to connect the remote power supply, and to transmit (if required) clock signal to
the USD (21-pin connector).
Connecting the remote power supply requires a small PLDS card which is used to pick up
the ISDN 40 V or subscriber 48 V from the back plane.
Fit the PLDS card like an equipment card cable between the equipment cable and
equipment slot in the back plane.
