3.1.5 CONNECTING TWO RADIO BASE STATIONS TO THE EXPANSION
DISTRIBUTION FRAME
Note: No radio base station is wired to the main distribution frame.

On the expansion distribution frame, configure radio base station 1 as "master" and
connect it to strip J4 (pins 1 to 4).
Connect slave radio base station 2 to strip J4 (pins 5 to 8).
Connect the two synchro wires to strip J5 (pins 1 and 2 for radio base station 1 and pins 3
and 4 for radio base station 2).
Note: The printed circuit card connects all plus (+) wires together. It also connects all
minus (-) wires to strip J5.
