Use the MMC XABONS to view the PLL status. During the download operation to the base
station (10 minutes), the PLL must be ready for communication. When the download
operation is complete, the PLL will be disconnected. The number assigned to the first PLL
is 999000, 999001 is assigned to the second PLL etc. PLLs are automatically created when
radio base stations are created).
