DECLARING THE TELBOR SERVER AND PUTTING IT IN SERVICE

On initial start up, the radio base station software will be upgraded from the MC 6500 PBX if
necessary. The download operation is perfumed by the TELBOR server and a PLL from
MLs resident in the software.
To create the TELBOR server, use the MMC XTGTOT then select the "add" action.
