REGISTERING MOBILE SETS AND PUTTING THEM IN SERVICE

9.2.8.1
DECLARING A MOBILE SET IN THE PBX
A mobile set must be created for each user:
Menu 1.8.3.1

DIRECTORY NUMBER
WIRELESS TYPE
REFERENCE CELL
DIRECTORY OF EMERGENCY EXTENSION
1. Enter the directory number to be assigned to this mobile set.
2. Reference cell, not used in DECT service (do not fill in this field).
3. Enter the backup set number to which calls for this mobile set will be directed
should the mobile set be OFF or not located (outside the radio coverage zone). If
no backup set is declared, external calls will be routed to the operator console;
internal calls will receive a busy tone.
4. The TELEPHONY MANAGEMENT option in the EXTENSION DATA menu allows
you to modify extension restrictions and features.
