Applications and Machine Specifications Applications The Model 59 is designed to dereel material before being fed into a benchtop wire processing machine. With its powerful belt feed material transport the Model 59 eliminates the strain of pulling material from heavy spools, thus improving the accuracy of your wire processing equipment.

Proper speed adjustment is crucial to trouble-free operation. If the speed is set too fast, there is a potential for material overrun. 6. When the Model 59 is ready for operation and all above settings are adjusted accordingly, the operator may begin processing material. If necessary, refer to the processing machine operating instructions for information on how to correctly process material.
