Trouble Shooting
Symptoms
Pump does not run
The pump does not deliver
any air or the amount
delivered is insufficient
Pump is unusually loud
No bubbles coming out
of diffuser disc/discs
Note: We recommend cleaning diffuser discs a few times throughout the year.
OX-Gen Aeration
Possible Causes
No main voltage
1.
The regulating valves are
completely or partially closed
2.
The regulating valves are dirty
3.
The diffuser discs are dirty
4. The air filter is dirty
5. Diaphragm defective
Valve unit or diaphragm defective
1. Tubing is bent
2. Diffuser discs are old or dirty
Solutions
Check main voltage
Open the regulating valves
Disconnect and clean the
regulating valves
Clean the diffuser discs.
Replace air filter
Replace diaphragm
Replace valve unit or diaphragm
Keep tubing in straight
lines/untangle tubing
Clean or replace diffuser
discs/disc
