Hydmaster 40 has a strong rotating force. Clothes or hairs can easily get caught in the brush and cause damage or accidents. The brush has to be placed always in the ventilation duct before starting the machine. - Page 8 The earth connection shall always be connected! Ensure that the power supply is earth connected! Only an authorized electrician can do the electrical connections! 8. Noise level The noise level of Hydmaster 40 is low and it is not dependent of the operating environment.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES 1. Permissible use Hydmaster 40 is an electrical cleaning machine for ventilation ducts. It cleans the inner surfaces of the ducts with mechanically operated brush. The machine is meant for ducts that have a diameter from 315 mm to 1200 mm (12.4 – 47.2 inches) as well as rectangular and circular ducts. -

Hydmaster 40 MAINTENANCE When the machine is in daily professional use it should be delivered to its first regular maintenance to the manufacturer or to repair shop that has been authorized by the manufacturer after six months from the first commissioning date (approximately 100 hours). -
Page 14: Spare Parts
After that the oil change has to be done every year. Only Shell TELLUS T 32-hydraulic oil can be used in the Hydmaster 40 (Technical information). Make sure that there is always the required amount of oil in the machine unit. The minimum is in the level 50% of the oil level meter seen, the maximum in the oil level meter of 80%. -
