STEP 1
Open the zipper stitched on the back of
Headboard (A) and take out the Footboard (D)
from the storage space of Headboard (A).
Tear open the Velcro on the back of Footboard (D)
and take out the Side Rail (F) & (G) from the storage
space of Footboard (D).

Hello, to whom it may concern: The side rail support leg on my frame has bent inward. I have placed some temporary support under it for now but would like to order a new side rail support leg if possible. I would like to inquire as to whether you have a sturdier or something stronger than the plastic one offered? As the one there is not repairable nor am I sure obtaining a new plastic one is going to offer any longevity of support if the current one has failed. If not, I suppose I have no choice but to accept the product replacement one available. Could you please advise of options and cost on obtaining a new one. TY in advance.
