Setting Scale &
Zero/Span
There are the scale algorithm that linearly convert 4-20mA into
real sensor units such as ppm, ℃ , m/s and etc. the scale algorithm
need two factors that is min/max range of target unit. And initially
two factors are need to be saved into RN400 device via the given
calibration software called UA-CALIBRATOR. With the software, user
can easily read the values and set the configuration parameters.
How to set up the scale
1.
Select a sensor. Each RN400-T2CS can active Maximum 4 CH of
sensor. Select the type of signal and click the save button.

Select CH and click Min/Max Scale button.
3.
Enter the minimum value of Sensor on 4.00mA and maximum
value of sensor on 20.00mA.
4.
Multiply function means the final output multiplied by the value.
(Default Setting = 1)
5.
Click the UP DATE to save.
6.
Click the Done to exit the setting.
7.
Make sure the settings are correct.
