21. When cleaning door and oven surfaces that come together when closing the door, use only a
sponge or soft cloth to apply mild, nonabrasive soaps, or detergents.
22. This appliance is not intended for use by mentally, physically or sensory challenged persons
(including children), or those with lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
23. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children, or
incapacitated individuals.

1. Do NoT attempt to operate this oven with the door open, as open-door operation can result in
harmful exposure to microwave energy. It is important not to defeat the purpose of the safety
interlocks or tamper with them.
2. Do NoT place any object between the front face of the oven and the door or allow soil or
cleaner residue to accumulate on sealing surfaces.
3. Do NoT operate a damaged oven. It is essential for the oven door to close properly and have
no damage to the:
• Door (bent),
• Hinges and latches (broken or loosened),
• Door seals and sealing surfaces.
4. The oven should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone except properly qualified service personnel.
