Irrota suoja moottorin päältä. Irrota välijäähdyttimeltä tuleva
ilmaletku moottorista ja siirrä se sivuun oikealle (1). Irrota suoja
moottorin alta. Irrota ilmaletku (2) turbon putkesta. Irrota muoviputken
kiinnityspultti (3). Katkaise lämmittimen kiinnitysrauta (4) toisen reiän
jälkeen. Asenna lämmittimen kiinnitysrauta (4) paikalleen pultilla (3)
kuvan mukaan. Asenna suojaputket molempiin letkuihin kuvan
mukaan. Asenna kulmaletkun (5) 55X250mm
lämmittimen alempaan vesiliitäntään ja letkun toiseen päähän
kulmaputki (6). Asenna lyhyemmän kulmaletkun (7) 55X70mm.
pidempi pää kulmaputkeen (6). Asenna suora letku (8) 260mm.
lämmittimen ylempään vesiliitäntään ja asenna letkun toiseen päähän
jatkoputki (9). Pujota lämmitin alakautta kiinnitysrautaansa siten että
alempi vesiliitäntä osoittaa oikealle. Varmistu siitä että letkut eivät
pääse hankautumaan käynnistinmoottoriin
tuulettimen koteloon. Irrota alkuperäinen
öljynjäähdyttimestä. Asenna kulmaletku
Asenna jatkoputki (9) moottorista tulevaan alkuperäiseen letkuun (10).
HUOM! Varmistu siitä etteivät jousisiteiden päät pääse hankautumaan
letkuihin. Kiinnitä molemmat letkusiteet muovisiteillä kulmaputkeen
(12). HUOM! Asenna letkut ja siteet
lämmittimeen ja muihin liitoskohtiin. Asenna ilmaletku (2) takaisin
paikalleen. Käännä lämmittimen kiinnitysrautaa hieman moottoriin
päin ja säädä lämmittimen asentoa niin että jää rako (14)
lämmittimen ja ilmaputken väliin. Täytä jäähdytysjärjestelmä
autonvalmistajan suosittelemalla nesteellä ja ilmaa se ohjeiden
mukaan. Tarkista mahdolliset vuodot. Asenna irrotetut osat takaisin
paikoilleen.
Remove the cover above the engine. Remove the air hose from
the intercooler and lay it to the right (1). Remove the engine
compartment undertray. Remove the air hose (2) from the pipe for the
turbo. Remove the bolt (3) for the plastic pipe. Cut the heater's bracket
(4) after the second hole. Remount the bolt (3) for the plastic pipe with
the bracket (4). Fit together the hoses on the heater as shown in the
picture. Note! Put protection tubes on both hoses. Fit the
55x250mm angle hose (5) on the lower pipe stub, with the shortest
end on the heater. Fit the angle piece (6) on the hose (5). Fit the short
55x70mm angle hose (7) on the angle piece (6), with the longest end
on the angle piece. Fit the straight 260mm hose (8) on the heater's
end stub. Fit the joint piece (9). Insert the heater in the bracket from
below with the lower pipe stub pointing to the right. Make sure that the
hoses lay freely between the starter and the cooling jacket for the
radiator. Remove the original hose (10) from the oil cooler. Fit the
angle hose (7) on the cooler. Fit the joint piece (9) on the original hose
(10) from the engine. Note! Make sure that the ears (11) on the hose
clamps do not damage the hoses. Use cable ties to fasten the hoses
together (12) by the angle piece. Note! Make sure that the hoses are
fitted all the way in on the pipe stubs and make sure the hose
clamps are mounted straight and behind the flange of the pipe
stub. Tighten the hose clamps with 2 Nm. Remount the air hose (2)
from the turbo. Note! Bend the bracket a bit towards the engine
and adjust to make space (14) between the heater and the air
pipe. Top up with the coolant specified by the car manufacturer, and

bleed the cooling system in accordance with the car manufacturer's
specifications. Check for leakages. Remount all dismounted hoses
and cover.
