DESCRIPTION OF THE MAIN PARTS OF THE NESCHEN ROLL CUTTER Emergency stop switch Knife carriage Main switch Drive axle Winding axis Emergency STOP switch - if the emergency STOP switch is actuated, the machine switches off completely. Depending on the circumstance, you can turn the machine on again. -

7. Material axis- cutting to length Laminating and printing materials are rolled on a paper core with an inner diameter of 76.2 mm. The shafts of the Neschen roll cutter are designed for these cores. If the material is unrolled too loosely or too tightly, the braking force can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the brake on the right side of the machine. -

8. APPLYING A ROLL OF MATERIAL TO THE SHAFT Unlock the shaft on the right side. Insert the roll of material into the shaft. Heavy rolls should be inserted by two people.
