Directory Search
This function allows your phone to access a directory service hosted on the
Ericsson Multimedia Server (EMS).
Action: Dial your contacts by searching the directory.

The phone is by default set to alphanumeric input mode. Change the input
mode to numeric if you need to enter digits instead (see page 38).
Enter the first letter of the name to be called, for example „c":

Result: The phone will display a list of matches found and their presence
(availability) status. For further details on presence state see page 71.
