Automatic inflating: After the lifebuoy is fully submerged, the automatic inflator quickly starts to inflate within 5 seconds. Manual inflating: Grasp and pull the handle to start manual inflating, if for any reason there is not enough air in the airbag, you can blow air into the airbag through the valve on the airbag. -
