Tactic TTX650 initial settings for the AXE 100 CP

These are initial settings for the TTX650 transmitter that will get you set up to fly the HeliMax Axe 100
CP.  These settings will work, but will need to be adjusted to suit your flying style.

These first few settings will be easy to implement because they are very straight forward:

Swashplate 1-Servo

Channel 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 = Normal
Channel 3 = reversed.
Dual Rates: Aileron and elevator 80/10, Rudder 100%
Expo: Aileron and elevator: -10 (0 on rudder)

END Points:

Aileron, Elevator, Rudder: 100,100
Throttle: 125
Gyro: +85
Swash Ring: 110
Setting the curves is a bit more involved because of the technique you need to use to put in the points.

Throttle Curve:

Enter the Throttle Curve function. Cursor down to CTRL and select a switch. We used Switch A. We'll use SA(0) as
our "normal" position, and SA(1) as or "Idle Up 1" position.
At the bottom of the screen, to the left of the graphic box, you'll see some numbers. They change as you move the
throttle stick. The left-hand number is what we want.
Move the throttle stick to the full idle position. The left-hand number should be "0%". Cursor to "RATE". Set it to
"0%". Move the throttle stick so that the left-hand number at the bottom is at "+25%". Set the rate to "+50%".
Move the throttle stick so that the left-hand number is at "+50%", and set the rate to "75%". Move to the 75%
position and set rate to "+100%", and do the same with the throttle stick at the 100% position. This sets you up for
the Normal position.
Now move the switch to the "Idle Up 1" position, and set the numbers in the same manner, but use the ones in the
idle up 1 graps.
Normal:
Stick Position (Left-hand number):
Throttle Position (RATE):

Idle Up 1:

Throttle Position:
The graph for the Idle Up 1 position will look like a blank graph. You really only set the idle and full-throttle positions.
What you're doing is setting the throttle to be always at full. This is the aerobatic setting. You do your flying via the
pitch curve.
