One the inner rod is within the cavity of the outer
rod, slide push pin into the opening of the inner
rod. Move the inner down until the push pin is
resting on the out rod.

Slide the tether onto the the hand tight bolt.
Tighten the hand tight botl by rotate the bolt into
the hand tight nut.

Place Outer Rod into base. For the assembly
process start with loosen the allen lock nut. This
will allow for the bushing to slide up and down.
Insert the Outer rod into the base. Slide bushing
as high as possible. Tighten Outer Rod Allen Set
Screw.
