Troubleshooting printers
Make sure that the printer driver supports Windows XP.
Ask the manufacturer of your printer for the driver that supports Windows XP.
The printer connector

Click Start and then Control Panel.

If the above procedure does not work, right-click the printer and selected "Delete" on the window in step 3 above to delete the
printer. Then, install the printer driver once again.
