    ENTRANCE PANELS The system of entrance panels consists of two modules, each with various models.These modules constitute the upper and lower part of the entrance panel that is to be installed. Any configuration of entrance panel can be achieved by the different combinations availa- ble.

    MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY FLUSH-MOUNTED BOX BREAKING THE PERFORATED HOLES The flush-mounted box has several perforated holes to pass the cables through. Break the ones you need. ASSEMBLING SEVERAL BOXES Break the side walls of the flush-mounted box. Assemble the flush-mounted boxes using the set of separators, model CEM-001.

  • Page 40 ASSEMBLING THE AUDIO UNIT Position the light pushbutton of the audio unit and push firmly to fix the audio unit to the entrance panel. DISMOUNTING THE AUDIO UNIT Using a screwdriver, lever the audio unit until it sepa- rates from its base. ASSEMBLING THE VIDEO UNIT Insert the visor of the video unit and push to fix the video unit to the entrance panel.

DISMOUNTING THE push-buttons Using a screwdriver, lever the push-buttons until they separate from their base. POSITIONING THE ENTRANCE PANEL IN THE FLUSH-MOUNTED BOX Remove the two plugs from the flush-mounted box which protect its from cement or plaster.
  • Page 42 Introduce the rings of the panel onto the removed sup- port axles. In this way, the panel will be held in place and the connections can be easily made. Once the connections and adjustments have been made on the panel as indicated in the diagrams and connection instructions of this manual, separate the upper and lower decorative fittings.
  • Page 43 EXTERNAL ACCESS VIDEO UNIT ACCESSORY FIXING TO THE FLUSH-MOUNTED BOX Fix the video unit accessory to the flush-mounted box with the 4 screws supplied. Make sure that the place cho- sen is within reach of the connector which joins the video unit accessory to the audio unit.

Fix the entrance panel to the surface wall-mounted box.
  • Page 45 RAIN-SHIELDS FIXING TO THE FLUSH-MOUNTED BOX Fix the rain-shield to the flush-mounted box by means of the supplied 4 self-screwing screws. Once the connections have been made, close the entrance panel and press it against the rain-shield (1) and fix it to the flush-mounted box and to the rain-shield with the entrance panel’s fixing screws (2).
  • Page 46 REPLACEMENT OR COVER FRAMES FIXING TO THE FLUSH-MOUNTED BOX Fix the frame to the flush-mounted box using the 4 screws which are supplied with the product. Once the connections have been made, close the entrance panel and press it against the frame (1) and fix it to the flush-mounted box and to the frame with the entrance panel’s fixing screws (2).
  • Page 47 TAP-OFFS AND SPLITTERS LOCATION The tap-offs and splitters should be located in a dry and warm place away from adverse atmospheric condi- tions (water, damp, ...).     CONNECTIONS BRACKET PLACE AND HEIGHT OF LOCATION Choose a place to locate the connections bracket where the wall is true, uniform and hard. To avoid unde- sired effects in the image (reflections, background light, etc.) and to preserve its working life, do not position the equipment near direct light sources or intense sources of heat, damp or steam.
  • Page 49 MONITOR FIXING TO THE CONNECTIONS BRACKET Connect the connector of the monitor to the connec- tions bracket. Clip the two top fixing tongues of the connections brac- ket in the guides on the base of the monitor. To do so, tilt the monitor slightly as shown in the diagram.
  • Page 50 DISMOUNTING THE MONITOR FROM THE CON- NECTIONS BRACKET Lightly press the fixing tongue downwards (1) and push the monitor downwards (2). Maintain this position and separate the lower part of the monitor from the connections bracket. In this way the monitor will be simply supported on the connections bracket.

This will ensure the correct functioning of the equipment and preserve its working life.
