6 Problems and remedies

Check the following points before asking for repair assistance from the service department.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Battery is discharged.
Battery may be unseated.
Vacuum connection is blocked.
Dust reservoir (11) is full.
You may have reached the cleaning
period of the filters.
Filters may be deformed as a result
of operation and their replacement
period may have come.
Motor inlet foam is not cleaned.
Hair and similar materials may have
tangled on the rotating roll on the
turbo brush (8).
Vacuum connection is blocked.
Something may have stuck between
the dust reservoir and the filter.
The vacuum cleaner is not installed
to the charging dock (15).
It is not charged for the adequate
period.
Motor inlet foam is not cleaned.
Battery life is deteriorated.

SOLUTION
Charge it.
Remove the battery and install it
again.
Separate the appliance as body (10),
brush (8) and wand (6). Inspect and
clean the connection points.
Clean the dust reservoir (11) and
the filter.
Clean the filters.
Please contact the customer
services to buy a new filter.
Clean the filters and recharge the
appliance.
Clean the turbo brush roll.
Separate the appliance as body
