ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
The Tine Harrow consists of two sections of 4 rows
of tines (2-1/2' length) with welded hooks on the front
section, open hooks and "S" hooks on the rear section.
Total length is 8 rows of tines (5' length.)
1. The harrow sections are in two labelled bundles. The
sections with welded front hooks will be located at
the front and the sections with the open hooks and
s-hooks will be located at the rear. Unroll the front and
rear sections and line them up. Note how the front and
rear sections are joined. See fi gures 1 and 2.

2. Slide the drawbar through the welded hooks on the
front of the harrow section. See fi gure 3.

3. Make sure the top angle of the drawbar which
contains the holes is facing forward, away from the
section. Use a fl anged nut to attach a J-bolt with nut
to the top of the drawbar at each end to secure the
drawbar to the section. See fi gure 4.

4. Attach the clevis to the middle link in the chain using a
5/16" x 2-1/4" hex bolt and 5/16" nylock nut.

5. Attach the chain to the drawbar with two 7/16" x 1-1/2"
carriage bolts, lock washers and nuts. The chain can
be attached in two positions on the drawbar depending
on the size of the harrow and turning radius desired.
