Brakes Adjusting the Rear Brake Lock

Apply the rear brake lock lever several

times and check for free rear wheel
rotation after the rear brake lock lever is
released.
After adjustment, confirm the efficacy of the
rear brake lock.
NOTICE
Do not turn the adjusters beyond its natural limits.
Make sure the brake arm, spring, and fastener
are in good condition.
