Water bottle condensation
When a bottle is first installed, it may require you to hold the tap down for up to 30 seconds for water to begin flowing.
· The water dispenser does not have the correct clearances from the wall.
· Too much water has been dispensed within a short period of time.
· Allow time for the cooling system to recycle. The room temperature is too hot (>25°C) or the room is too humid. Find a
cooler location to place your water cooler.
Check to ensure that the water dispenser is on a level surface.
The drain plug underneath the water dispenser has become loose.  Tighten the drain plug securely. Bottle may have a small
pin hole leak. Remove the bottle and drain water from the underneath drain plug, and then try a new bottle.
Water taps maybe loose. Tighten the leaking tap slightly by turning it clockwise.
The water dispenser needs to be pre-cleaned or rinsed.
Condensation on the inside of the water bottle is normal. It occurs when the temperature inside the bottle is different to
outside of the bottle.
