14.4 ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Data collection operation (3)
Visually inspect the unit for any damage and / or looseness
Verifying the integrity of the thermal insulation
Clean and paint where needed
Check the correct operation of the equipment on the unit
Check the wear of contactors - Replace if necessary
Check tightness of all electrical terminals - Tighten if necessary
Clean the inside of the electrical panel
Visual inspection of the components for signs of overheating
Check the operation of the compressor and the electric resistance
Measurement using a Megger insulation of the compressor motor
Refrigerant circuit:
Perform a test of refrigerant leaks
Check through the sight glass coolant flow - Full Indicator
Check the pressure drop of the filter drier
Carry out the analysis of the vibrations of the compressor
Carry out the analysis of the acidity of the oil of the compressor (5)
Condensing section:
Cleaning the condenser coils (4)
Check that the fans are tightened
Notes:
The monthly activities include all those weekly.

The annual activity (or earlier in the season), include all activities weekly and monthly.
2)
The values of the unit should be recorded each day for a high level of observation.
3)
The coil cleaning may be required more frequently in areas with a high percentage of particles
