XHCI Hand-off This is a workaround for OSes without XHCI
hand-off support. The XHCI ownership change
should be claimed by XHCI driver.
USB Mass Storage Enables / Disables the support for USB mass
Driver Support storage driver.
USB Transfer The time-out value (1 / 5 10 / 20 secs) for Control,
time-out Bulk, and Interrupt transfers.
Device reset time-out Gives seconds (10 / 20 / 30 / 40 secs) to delay
execution of Start Unit command to USB mass
storage device.
Device power-up The maximum time the device will take before it
delay properly reports itself to the Host Controller.
Auto uses default value for a Root port it is
100ms. But for a Hub port, the delay is taken from
Hub descriptor.

Enabled enables Legacy USB support.
Auto disables legacy support if there is no
USB device connected.
Disabled keeps USB devices available only
for EFI applications.
