How I can activate my massager, power is connected but massager armes are not working.
To activate the Snailax SL-593G massager:
1. Press the Power button once to turn it on. The indicator will turn Yellow, and the massager starts in auto mode.
2. If the arms are not working, try pressing the Power button again to switch modes:
- 2nd press: clockwise shiatsu (Green indicator)
- 3rd press: counterclockwise shiatsu (Red indicator)
3. Ensure the speed is set using the Speed button:
- Low (Green), Medium (Yellow), High (Red)
4. Make sure the Heat button is not interfering; press it to adjust heat levels.
5. If still not working, turn off the device, unplug it, wait a few seconds, plug it back in, and try again.
Avoid pressing buttons too long, as it may confuse the program.
